HPC領域穩定性比效能還重要,
砍到448 SP有幾點好處:
1. 提高良率/出貨
2. 降低功耗
3. 提高穩定性
畢竟這不是當掉了重開機就可以解決的
算算 F@H 就知道, 一個重量級 work 可能算一天, 如果算到一半當掉, 整個可能重來.
印象中, 自從 G80 以來就沒有規劃多餘的單元,
完整的直接當最高階出貨, 遮蔽一組的當成次一階卡, 以此類推
畢竟, 如果整組好好, 實在沒有必要去遮蔽一組來賣, 直接以滿規格出, 效能更好
