還想說在2012年前建構自己的"宅"領域
買個大概三房兩廳40P內的房
網路上一看，就連萬華區都要近30一坪
真的快傻眼了....
裝潢啥加一加，會不會破2K萬阿。
大家有沒有甚麼心得可以推薦一下，總覺得成家立業這四個字離我好遠....

30 萬一坪對照中山區新建案的房價真的是便宜到爆~~~~
我公司對面三個建案在進行~~~開價都是開100萬一坪 據說 80 萬成交~~~
如果樓主要自住的話~~真的不要猶豫太久~~~
因為再等下去可能更買不起.............
