雖然我也在台北 不過我還是想說一下
在台北多花的生活費是遠遠比不上未來房價上漲的幅度
更何況在台北混久 大家都知道台北哪裡還有便宜的地方
平平是公務員 只是分發單位不同到外縣市去
一二十年前 在中南部買一間房 跟在台北市買一間房 現在差多少
何況未來 台北市的房價是一片看好
就算不用刻意存錢 光賺房價差就夠本了

那也要賣得掉錢入戶頭才是真的阿~~~
不然光是聽房仲再那邊喊價~~房子沒賣掉~~也不過就是紙上富貴~~~
另外就算賣掉了~~~以現在台北市房子的價格搞不好買不起房子來住勒~~
不然賣了房子結果只能租房子~~那不是一樣嗎~~~
