別的地區我不知道~~但是我知道至少台北市的房價不會跌~~

有空可以去長安東路跟吉林路交叉口看看~~同時有三個建案在進行~~

其中忠泰建設的建案開價一坪100萬~~據說80萬成交..........

而且不到一個月就全部賣光~~~開始動工........

我也知道房價會繼續往上~~~但是就是沒錢可以買阿~~~

就算知道會漲又怎樣呢~~
