自美國進口時，應檢附美國農業部簽發之證明文件，包括檢疫證明書、衛生證明書及輸台證明書（ＦＳＩＳ　Ｆｏｒｍ　９０６０－５、９２８５－１、２６３０－９），向經濟部國際貿易局申請輸入許可證，以確保進口產品為美國農業部針對臺灣所執行未滿３０個月牛齡認證品質系統評估制度下之工廠所生產。
