我看企業家: 慈悲,殘忍,照法律走..
這3件事會同時間發生..不衝突..
公司遇上不景氣,東西賣不掉.
裁員對員工殘酷,.對股東仁慈..
反過來對員工仁慈,.對股東殘酷
最後還是決定依照法律走
所以3件事是同時發生的..
雖然股東謙稱:不好意思財力不足
總經理謙稱:領導無方..
最後該做的還是會做,
裁~
我曾消遣同學: 公司請這麼多人,晚上還是一個人加班,請員工幹嘛?..
他振振有辭的說: 我盡一點社會責任嘛.
也是:經營公司不只為了賺錢,
也是接受社會這麼多的資源.多少盡一點回饋的責任,
這樣有沒有說動哪幾個網友要創業的?
不創個業,證明自己的能耐,能甘心嗎?  |
