我要關機卻出現以下文字

就我理解的內容，我說明一下:
一、這樣的問題已經一再出現，不是第一次。
二、最近並沒有加裝新的硬體。
三、應該算有加裝一些軟體，但因為有一段時間了，所以無法確定是哪個軟體有問題，而且我們一台電腦有三個人在用=_=難不成我要把最近加裝的軟體全刪了?有什麼方法可以篩選出可能出問題的軟體嗎?
四、"Windows updates you might need"是什麼意思?XP還不夠嗎?
五、"Disable BIOS memory optims such as caching or shadowing"是什麼意思?
