剛剛我看了第一個連結的後半段...
讓我想起我小時候趁暑假去學當時很出名的"楊氏速讀" (就是台中一中對面,豐仁冰旁的那一家)
我記得我學完課程後,班主任在我們結業的最後叮嚀,就是速讀最好不要用在需要思考的事情上..
但是例如看報紙,看小說...是很適合的.... 
當時練習就是用速讀機及簡易型目力器還有看投影片
當時聽到真的是OOXX...心中幹聲連連...
不過從另一個角度想,起碼那個班主任還有良心....最後還是有叮嚀速讀的真正用途~~  |

Here is the way how I read 1 page within two seconds
1. Outline the Schema/Plot
2. Stop vocalization while listening the music
3. Draw a logical tree or mindmap
