"Hepatitis B Virus Infection — Natural History and Clinical Consequences"

Most primary infections in adults, whether symptomatic or not, are

self-limited, with clearance of virus from blood and liver and the

development of immunity to reinfection. However, some primary infections in

healthy adults (generally less than 5 percent) do not resolve but develop into

persistent infections.

不到5%會變成慢性肝炎
所以說大部分藉由性行為傳染的B型肝炎 (不考慮幼年遭到性侵害)
都是不用緊張的..

所以只要有抗體產生，基本上是不用害怕的

就算沒抗體，是成年人，要成為"慢性"b型肝炎，就是所謂的帶原者
也是很低的。
