Most primary infections in adults, whether symptomatic or not, are
self-limited, with clearance of virus from blood and liver and the
development of immunity to reinfection. However, some primary infections in
healthy adults (generally less than 5 percent) do not resolve but develop into
persistent infections.

意思是:上面段落大概是說健康成年人感染HBV
不到5%會變成慢性肝炎
所以說大部分藉由性行為傳染的B型肝炎 (不考慮幼年遭到性侵害)
都是不用緊張的..
所以只要有抗體產生,基本上是不用害怕的
就算沒抗體,是成年人,要成為"慢性"b型肝炎,就是所謂的帶原者
也是很低的。
