個案可以當作個案來看，但個案一堆的時候就要去研究後面的主因。

如果都沒有關聯(含後勤), 那也只能當個案處理.
今天如果真的是天候問題, 那也沒啥好指責的.
問題在於, 沒有人知道到底是不是真的天候問題.
不過, 台灣記者的寫法有問題也不是一天兩天了
轉降松山機場那次, 誰知道在上面盤旋待命了多久?
