有時候,內人與我逛超市時(米國)
內人肚子有點餓,就會直接把零食先打開來吃
反正最後是要付帳的....
歐美也經常有人是用自己的背包當購物袋
先放進背包,到結帳時再拿出來,目前還沒遇過有人因此而有糾紛
我覺得,要抓所謂的"偷竊",
必須等穿越結帳區沒付錢才算

我也這麼覺得, 分界線應該是有沒有付錢這點上面,
東西壞了, 照價付錢就好了
至於在賣場打開東西吃, 拿空包裝到櫃檯付錢, 我在這裡看多了,
歐美的大賣場很大, 一般民眾買的東西又多, 買一次耗上兩三小時是家常便飯,
這情況不口渴不肚子餓幾乎不可能...
只是, 真的是"不慎弄破"?
問題在於一般民眾沒有法律知識, 一點恫赫就會屈服
如果今天她有法律知識, 一開口馬上說這是妨害自由, 要求警方甚至律師到場,恐怕不會發展到這樣,
甚至出了店門馬上上法院, 以家樂福的過去歷史, 每次都這樣被告, 大概早就混不下去收攤回法國了
(又是法國啊... 似乎跟法國扯上關係的都沒好結果? 信譽跟婊子的貞操一樣可靠的國家...)
