原來有人認為線路不會老化不需要更換不需要保養更不需要升級也不需要擴充啊,
台灣是屬於海島型氣候, 氣候潮濕, 線路容易生鏽, 就算用膠膜包著久了也是會出問題
更不用提老�**亳舅岔瓩�...
也許是以前人民的資產, 但是現在呢?
這些費用過去是稅金, 現在就當作是線路費
那不要收線路費, 然後放著讓他生鏽毀損好了?
而且上面說了, 中華電信每年還是要上繳國庫, 也不是全部進自己口袋,
搞不懂說什麼獨吞全民資產之類的...
