難得我同意RUIN的論點, 哈.
稍微修改成我的觀點.
現在是亂世, 要進修或要轉型都是好時機.
因為死守也不會好到哪裡去.
我就打算跟公司攤開講一些我覺得可以改善公司體質的方式.
綜合我對日本跟歐美的觀察, 配合台灣優點.
然後...
合者則留, 不合我看是被裁還是自願離開都可.

Curently, it is better to maintain or enable your physical flow, mental flow, spirtiual flow in your life.
Be positive, and stop watching TV (80% are negative )
