是智財法嗎?應該是著作權法的散布罪 還有剛剛有版友提到在網路上贈送或交換
也同樣觸犯此法 這是不問有償或無償的 所以看完就收藏吧
我同意小建大說是惡法 可是台灣才剛剛脫離301條款(不太記得了)美國公佈
的黑名單 還有政治人物認為這就是法定的好 所以不可能修法
以前追星時有朋友在香港買正版dvd回來 後來有人臨時不要 她拿到網路上拍賣
就被台灣代理商告 原本我以為是代理權的問題 沒想到又扯到著作權法
只能說著作權法這個惡法無限擴張了 現在不只是dvd影片 連音樂和廣播都逃不了

在台灣, 代理商真的會害死人, 只要不是代理商的就是盜版, 就算是跟外國出版商直接買的也變成盜版?
這法根本就有問題, 還認為是法定的好... 噗...
果然是沒腦啊...
反正經濟不景氣, 錢就留銀行等他們降價在買也不遲
總之在這樣下去, 倒台的會是代理商, 不會是我們...
那些東西不是民生必需, 不買不會死
