上次有人因為浮動 IP 的關係連續被警察約談,
完全不理會當事人的說辭一口咬定:IP 一樣就是鐵証之類沒知識的狗屁, 還送上法院.
前後鬧了不知多久.
現在警察自己馬上跳出來說是駭客入侵...
噗... 笑死人了,
前後不一的處理方式, 怎麼能叫人信服?
這就是台灣沒知識也沒常識更不懂法律的偉大警察,
只會耍小動作, 抓民眾衝業績,
自己犯錯馬上推給別人, 駭客拉, 壓力大拉, 一堆狗屁倒灶的理由
同樣的事情發生在民眾身上只會裝腔作勢, 管他程序對不對, 反正送上去搶業績就是了
是怎樣啊? 這是賣保險還是直銷? 還是啥大公司的商品, 還要講業績喔, 要不要把警政署給賣了民營化啊? 財政赤字嘛
在我這裡, 警察不照程序來, 是有很大的可能會不起訴, 或是case被 strike down
台灣... 呵... 反正一鼻孔出氣, 有哪個法官/檢察官會站出來質詢警察的程序?
