If you want to use it in Europe, you may find the firmware file on the BenQ Europe official website (http://www.benq-eu.com/serviceandsu...cfm?product=795) and the name of the file is "de350_eu_021ch_cs_20050929.upd". You have to burn the respective file on a CD, insert it on the DVD Recorder, and follow the instructions on the screen. Also, on these pages you may find the install instructions.
