都已經知道自己喝酒了還開車,朋友惡作劇固然不對,但人家有逼他開車嗎 ?
出事還怪罪他人,是推託之詞吧  |
台灣我是不知道,
印象中, 加拿大的法院會判這個人已無正常判斷力...
而因此這些朋友有責任與義務阻止他開車...
加上是友人惡作劇, 如果是在這裡提告他朋友, 勝訴的機率不小...
可惜是在台灣..
