這是他個人的說法吧？
基本上，酒駕的人被移送，通常都會否認有喝酒，總是會推託說是吃薑母鴨之類的東西，才會測出酒精濃度，但事實上，大多數的人，酒測值都相當高，不太可能只有吃一、兩碗的薑母鴨或雞湯，就有這麼高濃度的酒測值。
以這篇來說，從內容上來看，他是在肇事後約十小時才製作筆錄，那麼他肇事當時，酒精濃度更高，相信不是單純只喝一、兩碗加酒的雞湯而已。

基本上是可以利用新陳代謝速度推算出數小時前大概的酒精濃度...
不過這種朋友... 唉...
我是覺得是可以告, 但是常常會因為人情關係而不採取行動...
