統一的 SOP我是不知道... 但是我工作的星巴克, 我每次開店, 咖啡桶一定是先放水然後用大量的清水清洗, 不管裡面有沒有清潔劑
如果清潔劑留到第二天, 收店的班會留言告知,
雖然對我而言跟沒寫一樣, 反正照書本做, 出了事情還有書可以燒
單就這件事來看, 應是員工沒有照標準程序來處理, 該員工跟店長大概有好日子過了
