小弟的上司也是這樣, 有什麼不爽先衝了在說.
但是這種人其實滿好相處的. 至少不會玩陰的.
公司上下超多部門主管都跟他幹過, 他還在高層會議上直接開幹總經理.
但是很挺自己部門人. 有黑鍋第一個衝出來扛.
另一個部門的長官反而且比較可怕, 永遠笑笑很客氣, 私底下可以跳過好幾層去講人壞話.
所以樓主忍著點吧, 只要不要在他正在發火時去煩他, 應該都ok啦.
不過我講的是老美啦, 我想華人也差不多.
