是的, 上面那層有油墨的應該是保護外殼&散熱用的, 實際上的晶圓die在下面
不過就最下面基盤(專業用語我不熟 @@, bumping後的接腳座)那麼大一片
跟左邊的DVI接頭比較(印象長度應該有3-4cm), 不知道接腳有幾支

接腳數目跟晶片大小沒啥關係吧...
這只是 GT200(GTX280/260) 的製程改良, 除了耗電與時脈外, 我看不出還會有其他大變動
當然廠商可能會因為提高電壓而增加電源之類的, 但是晶片接腳數目跟GT200一樣, 其實不意外
