The primary target organ for melamine toxicity is the kidney. There is uncertainty with respect to the time scale for the development of kidney damage. Thus, EFSA applied a
tolerable daily intake (TDI) of body weight (b.w.) in considering possible health effects which might occur with repeated consumption of melamine contaminated products over a relatively short period.
待測樣品的濃度, 跟生物體容許濃度之間, 少了攝取量當作連結的話根本不能類比
不知道您看過多少篇做vaccine或是toxic的paper?
要誘發抗體反應或是毒物反應, 總攝入量遠比單純強調樣品的含量更有意義
2.5ppm三聚氰胺的奶茶喝一杯跟1ppm三聚氰胺的鮮奶喀一公升
哪個比較傷?
2.5這杯是個幼稚園小孩喝,1那瓶是個兩米壯漢喝
又是哪個傷?
講TDI卻去對樣品ppm大書特書?
難道現在人喝牛奶奶茶都是像換血這樣把全身體液都換一圈?
0.5ppm TDI, 一個70kg的人能一口氣喝下14L的頂標三聚氰胺飲料也非常人了....
