與其優化電腦 & OS, 不如先"優化"自己的使用習慣
現在新的電腦速度都很快了, 那些優化頂多快個1~5%, 一般人使用根本感覺不出來
但是沒有良好的習慣, 再好的電腦都會被一些奇奇怪怪的東西拖慢, 更不用說中毒或是木馬
