小弟並非相關專業人員..
此次屬巧合下試出來的...
目前驗證過8400GS及8800GT...待機都會自動降頻
此次修改的顯示卡為承啟8800GT...
事先聲明..心臟夠大顆再來試...

首先去找出這個軟體 NiBiTor.v4.3

點開後到TOOLS->Select Device

選擇你的卡並按下OK

之後再到TOOLS->->Read BIOS->Read into NibiTor

顯示出目前你這張卡的一些相關BIOS參數

再到TOOLS->Perf. Table Entries->Show Entries

對應出來4組 (Perf. table entry 1 對應2D時時脈,Shader,記憶體時脈)
以此類推其餘3組

1.至左邊視窗下Extra輸入你想要的2D時相關時脈(Shader跟核心有一定比例別亂改,請參考Riva Tuner)並重新打開Show Entries
2.至右邊Perf. table entry 4 複製下那16進位數值
3.將那16進位數值覆蓋到Perf. table entry 1 並按下Apply

將上張圖的3個步驟輸入完你會以下圖式(2D 跟Extra 時脈一樣)

之後再輸入你想要的3D時時脈(輸入完16進位表自動會改)

接下來儲存BIOS...並且去刷...

結論:
1.有興趣,不怕死的朋友可以試試看
2.直接輸入數值去更改時脈,那是沒用的,一定要在Extra輸入數值後去COPY他的16進位表
3.小弟刷了至少30以上的BIOS ,似乎刷BIOS沒那麼恐怖
4.準備好USB的隨身碟開機,並有摸黑下去刷BIOS能力
