廠商相當有效率,中午寄的MAIL,下午已經有回應了,內容如下:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for your request.
Please note that your drive is an OEM product. Technical support for OEM products is done by the OEM Manufacturers/Resellers.
Therefore, please get in touch with your PC/Notebook Manufacturer (DELL, Fujitsu-Siemens, HP..) for further information and support."

他們的意思是說,這是OEM的產品,因此需要任何的技術支援必須找OEM的廠商.....
可是我光碟機上面的貼紙並沒有說明是哪家廠商OEM的.....
