這只是違反合約, 所以可以罰, 因為 P2P 不代表一定是下載盜版,
一些公司可以利用 P2P 技術來發布 patch來減少自身伺服器負擔,
好比 MMORPG 改版日. 以往常常會因為伺服器超載而無法更新, 如果引入 P2P 技術來發布, 就可以有效解決這問題, 人越多越快
P2P 只是一個技術, 技術本身無罪. 有罪的是使用者
至於盜版又是另一個層面的問題
