看到RV870是960SP的消息...
我突然想起之前也說RV770是480SP...
nVidia：當我白痴阿！是可以這樣騙了又騙,騙了又騙嗎？

這跟騙不騙沒啥關係, 重點是GT200 是不得不以現在的規模推出
在統合渲染架構下提升效能最簡單的方式就是多丟幾個SP 進去, 提高 RAW power.
NV 的架構卻不容許這樣. 單個管線高效能的結果就是架構複雜與龐大, 附帶高耗電與廢熱, 無異是限制了規模的發展
現在GT200 已經將規模逼近極限, 就算4870 有1600 SP, NV 也只能摸摸鼻子硬推
他們也說會推出新架構而且是從桌上型到筆電市場全線替換.
