55nm 576 mm^2 要塞進 480 SP...?
印象中 GTX 280 65nm 就有 576, 55 nm 才縮到 500mm^2 上下, 76mm^2 的面積要塞進一倍的架構... 就算向是memory controller 之類不需要太大變動, 但是其它跟SP連動的部分呢?
如果目前架構不變, 至少要縮到 45~40 nm 才有可能控制在這個精片面積吧?
我還是認為更改管線架構往高時脈SP發展, 對nv來說會是比較好的選擇
