基本上以我學電來看，樓上說的裝雙向電錶可以賣電給台電，我認為這只是一個概念
台電要供應給全台各地的電壓，他自己本身的電壓準位要夠準，也就是他要保證送到你家的電壓是110v正負3個百分點
你裝了太陽能板，假設讓你發電成功，但你能保證太陽能板能隨時輸出台電要的規則嗎？
電力網中，雖然有各式各樣的電壓再跑，但都是台電設計過的電網，不同的電壓跑不一樣的線路
要知道，若是線路上電壓不對的話，會造成保護電譯跳脫，更甚者會造成發電機跳脫（當然你家的發電量不可能那麼大）
我想這是個值得探討研究的問題

這在其他國家已經是行之有年的方案, 所以我認為技術方面不是問題, 而是要不要做的問題
個人認為最簡單的方案是, 在電表或是發電模組上附加整流, 確保電壓在台電的規格裡
