Anyway, I looked up the word “upgrade” in my dictionary and
couldn’t find an appropriate explanation that suits the same word in the e-mail,
I think I should “upgrade” my dictionary first.

以排除運費額外支出,
另外在溝通說明時,
把”降級無理”與”客戶反應”牽連當主軸來攻,
