上次的晶片讀卡機發生問題之後, 買了新的讀卡機安裝依然無法正常執行.

問題的訊息跟這個情況一模一樣:

想要啟動 smart card 服務就會出現這個訊息.

可是這個 KB 只會要求使用者聯絡微軟.... 不會真正給一個 Fix EXE.

小弟嘗試過:
1. 移除 Smart Card Service/重新安裝.
2. 移除卡片驅動程式重新安裝.
3. 重新安裝 XP SP2

結果通通無效.
如果這兩天沒有神奇人士幫忙的話.
可能就要重灌系統了
