tape-out, IC 設計的最後一個階段
這個時候 PCB 等設計會送到製造廠進行原型產品的製作
成功了的話基本上就表示該產品可以穩定運作, 可以準備上市 但是同樣的可以再做修改
如果失敗了就要修正問題然後重新tapeout
