藉由技術合作/授權給VIA開發/改良CPU的方式來避開intel "取得x86 技術就終止 QPI 的授權" 的威脅, 同時使用自家的晶片組/GPU/IGP(反正 VIA的晶片組一直都有點鳥, 不如專心做 CPU).
這樣一來NV 基本上沒有取得x86 的技術, 所以仍保有 QPI 的授權, 但是又能利用專利控制 VIA 的 , 等於是掐著 VIA 的脖子
等到時機成熟就來個合併或是宣布取得 x86 技術然後一腳踢開 VIA
這應該是 NV/VIA 在AMD/INTEL的夾擊下唯一出路
