台北市有可以換錢的嗎?
前一陣子, 附近投注站可能跟廠商合作, 有 20 片光碟換一顆 Panasonic 3 號電池, 當時換了 20 多顆 
最近意外發現還有 500 多片廢光碟, 希望還有得換
