怎麼會那麼多人怕打個電話被索賠呢?要告人也是要講證據的= =
"一口咬定"是不具任何效力的,否則在路上隨意找個人一口咬定對方欠自己100萬..
且舉證責任是在對方不是在自己,你既沒有撞到對方的事實,對方又何從舉證起呢?
沒憑沒據檢察官也不會起訴的.

重點不是被告, 而是被沒來由的騷擾, 而且可能長達幾個月, 抬棺抗議灑冥紙丟雞蛋...etc
再者可能長達幾個月的法院程序, 對一般人來說都是一種折磨
還不提司法黑洞, 有時反而要自己證明自己的清白...
重點是, 不是我的錯為何要受這種折磨?
