再怎麼處罰也很難彌補幾個月「好心給雷搥」的傷害。
而且這個處罰應該也沒多重。(按照一些酒駕撞人的肇事者，沒只是罰OOXX)  |
這就是立法的問題, 沒有嚇阻力, 加上很多時候大概會找立委關說...
所以追究起來其實有無立法根本沒差...orz
再者就算法律證明是清白的, 對方大概也會沒來由的恨一輩子
這就是台灣啊...永遠離不開 情-法 的規則
