在美國, 溢波是屬於個人的財產, 盜用被抓是要罰的
原因很簡單, 一些電信公司, 對於流量有嚴格的管制, 超過要多加錢,
所以, 這種情況下頻寬與流量就像是用錢買來的有型消耗品一樣 如汽油, 你偷用了別人的頻寬與流量, 就是侵占/竊盜別人的財產
總之, 偷用別人的溢波就安安靜靜的用, 還開 p2p...
