Intel says its 0.5W, but so far, Silverthorne actually has 3 versions:
Standard Voltage/Normal Voltage/Low Voltage
which have TDP of 2W/1W/0.5W respectively.
That's certainly an improvement over A100/A110 TDP of 3W.

Will it be faster than the current 800MHz A110??
It's clock speeds are higher:

NV-1.1GHz/400MHz FSB
LV-900MHz/400MHz FSB

900MHz LV版TDP只有0.5W
