做燒酒雞就算酒精沒蒸發完全也沒關係而且不會刺辣,
烈酒喝了會感覺燒熱但不應該會刺痛,
如果不是樓主對味覺的形容有問題那應該就是使用的酒有問題了...
覺得不對就別吃比較好喔
