就算是主動揭發污穢骯髒的弊案
為何要歸類為抓耙子
大家以為A老百姓的稅金是應該的嗎 ?
被抓到算倒楣 , 互相掩護是正常的 ??
這位工程師只能算是半個英雄
因為他沒有主動揭弊
當然啦 為了保個工作 , 也很難作到主動揭弊

因為大環境使然, 主動揭弊的結果就是沒法繼續在這公司/單位繼續工作, 甚至會因為抓扒子而再也找不到工作, 人總是要生活的
在國外, 主動揭弊的人搞不好有一堆公司等著要, 而社會福利讓他就算因此找不到工作也不至於餓死
