終於搞懂Schilling 合約裡面weight incentives (based on six weigh-ins)是什麼東東
今天晚報說Schilling 為了自我激勵,向球團加了這條獎金,球團可以在球季期間向他抽檢體重6次
每過一次可以拿33.3萬~靠~這麼好?控制體�**晹鹵𣜭�?
等於跟前陣子台北市有在推動減重計畫,按公斤數給予獎金的意思差不多
問題是Schilling 有體重超重的問題嗎?C.C.Sabathia 才需要這項條款吧

這也可以拿來當激勵條款
