覺得技術宣示大於實際意義, 至少目前是如此
與其把兩個核心封裝在一起, 湊出高管線/流處理器數目, 不如直接把這些流處理器做在一個核心,
個人認為, 除非有低延遲的 IO 通道, 不然晶片之間互相通訊, 多少會影響效能,
而且不管在怎麼快, 也是快不過單一晶片的內部傳輸
但是如果雙晶片封裝, 是否可以把其中一個關閉以節省電力? 如果可以, 那應該還是有他的市場,
或是再高階產品良率不足時, 用兩個中階的代替, 甚至完全放棄高階的研發, 但是這樣驅動方面要下很大的功夫
甚至更uber 一點的, 兩個高階晶片的封裝... (抖
