我看來是只有delivery confirmation
你有要求賣方寄送時加買保險或是要求有人簽名嗎?
如果有那是賣方沒有幫你的貨買保險 你應該去找賣方
如果你沒有多付錢買保險 只有delivery confirmation 郵局就是會沒人收就放信箱或門旁邊
這樣的話你不能怪賣家....出問題的是你委託的myday沒有盡到責任幫你收貨還有你自己，這麼貴重的貨品沒有多加給塊錢要求簽收是很不智的，尤其你又不能親自收貨。
如果myday不鳥你 真的只能去告他了吧...

I only bidded the item in Ebay and I gave my account(including password) to Myday for furthur follow up. So I didn't know the fact that they were not asked the seller to buy insurance until the item lost.
I do believe it was Myday's responsbility since they are "experts" in auction business and they must know what they are doing now
