我覺得官方的填表系統大概有問題吧<=我沒填過,不過會建議康博這部份調整一下,
畢竟沒收到問題,user覺得廠商不想回應,這點兩邊其實都受傷,
使用者少掉原廠的支援管道,而原廠少了一個改善的建言管道,

我先前寫去技術支援信箱
問一些東西,寫過兩次,兩次都有收到下面這格式的自動回信,
但是就只收到這自動回信,然後就沒收過回信了..............
不知道是他信箱會掉信還是?
