因為不管什麼武器只要確定了
最後是要大量生產使用
光前面的研發就不知燒掉多少錢和物資了
成功了 作出來了
接下來不可就OK沒事了吧
要測試 要生產 要維護的 又是另一筆大開銷 一玩就是百億到千億 還有原料 這可是嚇死人的數字
後面還有一堆問題 但光錢和原料這二點都可說答案了 因為光這二點就可以讓人放棄了
軍武最後都會扯到三種事
