恭喜樓主，我今年十月也要結婚了，所以明白你的壓力。放鬆點，什麼事都退一步想，就不會那麼痛苦了。能負擔千萬房貸不簡單，少點能力和勇氣都做不到，蠻佩服你的。我的情況是，男方沒有提起聘金，所以我也沒有金錢上的嫁妝，至於我名下一棟房子(自己在供房貸)和一層公寓(剛供完)決定婚後過一半產權給男方。
每個人的情況不同，所以不用比較，只要兩個人談妥，覺得開心就好。
