台灣我是沒住過, 國外倒是大多一個月收一次,
但是根據家人說, 台灣有時一次繳半年可以稍微便宜點, 比方說一個月 6000 的話一次半年可能可以變成一個月 5500, 就是每半年繳33000 這樣, 有時可以再下殺...
押金是一定會有的, 不管哪都依樣除非合約另外註明
另外也要看金額大小吧, 比如租金一個月 10K+ 的公寓, 要依次半年我看都直接繳頭期買了...
