I said the review is targeting 32bit Windows...but the same thing for virtual address space...part of your physical memory is reserved for that by other devices/peripherals in your system ...

Try this, enable hardware memory hole in your motherboard bios...xp64 should recognize more memory...(that's how I did it when I had an dual opteron system)
