各位,這技術很早就已經在發展了,但直到 2005 年 NobelBiocare 才把實驗數據統整, 植牙立即負重(immediate loading) 終於通過美國藥物食品管理局(FDA)的審核,商品名為 NobelGuide. 這是唯一通過FDA的植牙立即負重系統, 其他的取一些很炫的名字的方案, 就像光華牌DIY的電腦一樣, 沒有長期實驗數據, 所以當然沒有SOP標準程序, 精準度可想而知!
以下是我在某牙醫刊物文章中最後一段的節錄, 各位可以參考一下!

立即性人工植牙負重早在1994年就由 van Steenberghe 發展，當初稱為 Novum system；2004年調查成功率為93% ( 5 )，但因為自由度太低而淘汰。同時於1998年也開始將 CAD/CAM 3D繪圖技術應用到植牙手術中 ( 1, 2, 3 )，此後 van Steenberghe 更在2002年發表”一小時植牙”，而且在2005年結合 Procera® CAD/CAM 技術推出完成度更高的 NobelGuide 系統，根據2005 年的調查指出成功率於一年後高達100 % ( 6 ) ，三年後依然穩定有 94% ( 4 ) 的高成功率，與傳統植牙相去不遠。

NobelGuideTM 導引式植牙有效提高了患者的滿意度，而且大幅降低了手術的風險，對醫師與患者都更增加了一層保障。
