答案是家長, 因為這種慢性病要定期追蹤的, 甚至有時需要特別的照顧, 一般學校沒有這類設施, 家長把小孩送到設施不良的環境, 問題當然是家長
再說一次, 學校不是醫院, 老師不是看護,
就像你把一大箱現鈔拿去給你的朋友管而不是去給附近的銀行, 結果你朋友被偷, 你的錢也不見了, 你該怪你朋友還是怪自己?
